SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PRA Hair Collection. We are committed to providing premium quality hair products and ensuring every order is carefully inspected before shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders require 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for delivery.

Custom-colored hair, special orders, and high-volume purchases may require up to 10–14 business days for processing.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that shipping times begin after processing has been completed.

ORDER DELAYS

During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. PRA Hair Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, PRA Hair Collection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
